After 27 years of living with OCD and practicing thousands, and thousands and thousands of rituals every ​day I built my own curriculum and transcended this DISease in my body and now do not have one ritual.

Welcome to my method, The Four Wings of Her Butterfly. With an overarching theme of self acceptance, ​compassion and forgiveness we use heart centred practices to show you the way home.

Each week - Working through The Four Wings of Her Butterfly Method

  • 1:1 Sessions

  • Group Therapy

  • Stretching, Yoga, Movement

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Meditation

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Neuroscience

Struggling with OCD, who feel ready for change

Ready to dive deep

Committed to the process and understanding it is gradual and not linear

You must be assessed as low risk before entering the program
