founder of The Butterfly Sanctuary
The Four Wings of Her Butterfly was created after I struggled for 27 years and could not find the help I needed specific for OCD. The Four Wings incorporate ERP (exposure and response prevention), meditation, neuroscience, and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy).
Through these approaches woman struggling with OCD Empower themselves, beginning on a journey to embrace acceptance of intrusive thoughts, release fear, and ultimately find peace.
Living with OCD for 27 years, I knew there was a purpose, and that was to help others. When I didn’t know how to help myself, I would search for the light, knowing I would be able to pass these teachings on and change others’ lives.
Journeying on this lengthy path I decided to attend a Louise Hay Seminar, and there I walked into Dr. Joe Dispenza’s talk, his words “You can change your brain”, not only changed my life but saved it. I set to work immediately, meditating on love, self acceptance and compassion, healing my inner child, choosing love over fear each time an intrusive thought came in.
After years of flooding myself with every teaching I possibly could to transcend this DISease through the body I went from thousands and thousands and thousands of rituals to not one.
With over two decades of professional experience working with clients on holistic wellness. I am now truly blessed and forever grateful to counsel clients in a number of countries working towards their values-based goals. This absolute dream has come true after living 27 years of my own story with OCD, furthermore diving into educational trainings, certifications, and meditation retreats, with mentors such as davidji, Ashley Turner, Wayne Dyer, Joe Dispenza, and many more.

I have been absolutely blessed to train under davidji to complete the Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Program, to be certified under Authentic Education as a Results Coach and also work through my Yoga Psychology Certification with Ashley Turner. I am currently working toward my Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and Yoga Teacher Training through Santosha Yoga Institute.
I am grateful for every moment of pain that lead me here. It’s time to show yourself, compassion, patience and acceptance, to choose love over fear, it’s time to choose you over OCD.
